Retained Search Process
1) First we would introduce our methods, teams, and past experiences. During the initial discussion, we would also introduce our fee structure and answer any questions. We would like to meet with the appropriate management to clarify the job search history (if any) and discuss your expectations for the role. If necessary, we would meet with additional line managers for further clarification in regards to desired qualifications, experience, and character traits.2) After reaching a solid understanding of terms and conditions, the job description, and mutual expectations, we would draw up a formal contract and initial invoice for review.3) After receiving the signed contract and the invoice, we begin our pre-determined first phase, establish the online network, assign usernames and passwords to the appropriate personnel.4) After the network is up and running, the initial research phase begins and our researchers and consultants circulate the job description to the candidates we've identified.5) After 2-6 weeks, we generate a list of suitable candidates for the first round of interviews.6) After the first round of interviews are completed, we create a mutually agreed upon short list of candidates for further interviews.7) We closely monitor and report feedback after each interview.8) You choose and prioritize which candidates to proceed with to offer stage.9) You extend an offer to the candidate through JWC.10) JWC motivates and persuades the candidate to accept the offer.11) If the candidate ultimately rejects the offer, we return to step 9 until a candidate accepts the offer.12) After the candidate signs the offer letter, JWC closely monitors the candidate's resignation process to ensure the candidate can meet the agreed upon start date.13) The candidate successfully resigns from his or her company.14) JWC sends the final invoice for payment, due 2 weeks after the candidate joins the client's company.15) JWC maintains close contact with both you and the candidate to ensure the integration is going smoothly and assists with any post-integration issues.
